walk over to the nearest homeless guy and hand it to him. Can't do much with 20 bucks nowadays...

buy food for that 20 bucks and give the food to the homeless so that they cannot buy drugs or alcohol for it!

well way for me to go the other direction but $20 isn't pocket change to me....
that's a burger for me and little brother, then the rest is saved with bill money.

if u can find the person who lost it that would be a good idea big eyes.. however, if you cant find the person then give it to charity or the homeless or sumthin like that =D
