Upperclassmen Hating Freshmen (High School)

Why is that? I don't understand why upperclassmen hate freshmen. Its very mean. Sometimes its for no reason in some high schools. I mean, its rude. And its VERY unfair. I guess that the upperclassmen pick om the freshmen. I'm not sure. They always say that they are immature and that act like their all that. (I DO NOT act immature nor act like I'm all that). I REALLY hate it.

What are y'all thoughts about this?

They think they own the school since they're there longer. Totally correct.

Take it from a senior, when I was a freshman they used to bring rotten food to school and throw it at us, it's not that bad now. However, every freshman dreams of the moment they are a senior and get to be a jerk to everyone-even though I'm actually friends with lots of freshman because they are pretty cool.

i am a freshmen and am in another school. I know a couple of seniors,juniors,and sophmores. Hazing has stopped sorta determining your classes.

in the school that all my ski friends are in they go lg bowling. as in they run down the hall and knock overas many freshman girls as possible and pin some of them on the wall and or run them outside. its all sport really though i mean honestly id love to be in the middle of a stampede.

Freshman at our school get bottles filled with rocks at 'em...And the school does nothing to stop them...

My school isn't too awful. We personally; 1: Shoulder Check Freshman, 2:Push them into a wall asking why they ran into them, 3: Act like we're about to hit them.
