Hey peoples I am one of the mods (now a regular member) that worked here for 3 years. Anyhow I am promoting Liberals or strong foundation and medium change group.

Here is why I demodded. (more political) - here is my speech on fwg.
netskyvirus: so I am asking you. What is your dream
netskyvirus: I quit modding on here because I didnot give up on fwg. I didnot give up on reality. when you have to choose the best between reality vs Technology: I chose to improve my reality as a human.

it can be hard for people to realise this. Fwg is starting to change. when I was the new person many I met are fwg, kev, bowzer, flyerb, dear_child, killaklown, bc1, and regular users (ghost9, etc)...
Changes are coming in fwg fast and hard. Times in the real world is changing faster and faster as well as our standards.

I am currently remodding... and holding back the quick changes. but fwg needs to be a whole community because time does not stop for anyone. people are growing older, and newer fresher younger people are comming in. I cant allow new people come deface our gaming site. It is easy to say this, but it is not the easiest thing to do.

So can we have a fwg convension for newer fresher idea how to innovate our site.
Currently We are starting to emerge as a gaming site on the top 100.
we are ranked #52: we have potiential if we all make a effort.
we will have a fwg convension #4 on (your choice)
cause by the time I am old as prophet I am going full force to achieve my dreams:
I would like to see fwg have new visionaries to take my position and be the advocate for fwg gaming site.

tell you the truth: I have been around the gaming sites nothing is better than fwg.
kongregate is too large plus it change very fast (it is going down)
mofunzone is medium but it lacks appeal (going down- webmaster isnt on)
armour games is balanced but it istoo rigid (staying up - people are staying)newgrounds is large - audio portal, people made games.. (going down - too much trolls)

so I am thinking to start promoting more people inside our chat/forums:
1. Youtube
- tutorals on walkthroughs --> idea from other sites.
- fwg funnies --> can be sent to america's most funnies videos
2. facebook/skype/etc
- promoting our site through media (logo, banners, etc on profile page)
- promoting that our site is one of the best
3. easier game making tutorials
- C#, java, etc on forums
4. keeping a easy to join community
5. your post about ideas how to make fwg more successful.

Once more people are in: then fwg we have more people, better games, and more.
chats and forums will have more people to chat...

thanks - being proactive leader is alot of work, sharing the work load and people as a group reducing the workload is easier
- fwg is a best person/webmaster remember this you are all good and loyal members

if you are on the chats feeling bored:
I am recommending that you post on our chats
- go make a highscore on the games
- clean up the forums underneath games
- rate 5/5 to our games
etc

everything you do can help the community alot

Now on the other finer points:
You're not in the process of being remodded.
But yea, thanks for doing my work, even though you simply repeated a few things.

fwg funnies...I didn't know we had videos...
fwg has a facebook fan page and twitter, the rest is up to the owner to decide over promotional campaigns.
Although fwg does thrive on word of mouth, so you better tell your friends.

Not everyone can clean up googlefriendconnect msgs. People should mind their language there, but considering other sites, it's actually very good.
and why rate 5/5? if a game is bad, let it know, that's freedom of opinion and it's not because a game is 5/5 that it will improve this site.

I'm still wondering what position others need to replace you in...

The problem with giving out info to this haven is the fact we would get a huge influx of trolls, wannabe trolls, douchebags or people who use these things. I generally hate people who use Youtube on a regular basis.

Let FWG never become number 1 because it will get all the number 1 retards. It's comparable to mass deforestation or selling out.
