People can still share their opinions on politics, weather we can vote or not.
If teenagers didn't bother with politics at all in Republics, then over time the ammount of voters would most likely go down, since the teenagers didn't bother with them and start to learn about politics at a young age. So, they wouldn't know who to side with, and a lot of voters would be stupid within about, 3 generations.
It's important for not all, but a majority of kids to affiliate themselves in politics by the age of 15. The next generation of kids DO choose who rules their country (no literally rules, you know what I mean) and it's important for them to be ready when the time comes.
Though, It is kind of sad when kids 12 and under know so much about politics, they don't look up to the President. When I was little (around 8 years ago) almost every kid wanted to be just like the President of the USA, and now a good portion don't because they don't like what Obama's done. Having them even understand and make a small opinion is to me, amazing. And, scary.
Anyways... I do think it's important for our youth who are years away from voting should form their own opinion and affiliation in politics. Though, I understand some kids don't really care, almost everyone should. We should debate on who we think is fit for our President. And, always remember, no political party is completely right and is good for the country(though, I'm an Democratic Independent). You should vote or, like the party and or person who will benefit your family and yourself. Each party has a flaw. It's always been like that.

One of the popular things I heard is, "I don't like Obama, but I don't want Romney either, because of etc. So I'm just not going to vote." Then when Obama won, they were all like, "I can't believe Obama won! Thought for sure Romney was going to."
Me: ".... >.> You should have voted if you wanted him as president. You chose not to vote, so you shouldn't complain!"
I agree that they should be able to talk about politics. But to go on and on about how they can't believe so and so won is ridiculous when they didn't vote for the other candidate.

Those are just idiots who don't even bother knowing all about each party. Good chances all of those people who say that, are incredibly dumb in politics xD
And, it's so stupid how people can be like that too. And, you don't even need to get completely educated in politics. Just, know what one candidate's policies are, then the others, then vote for the man/woman that benefits you most! So simple.
THOSE are people who shouldn't complain.
