... Mitt Romney distances himself from a Republican candidate who said pregnancy caused by rape is "something God intended to happen".
given Romney's flip flops over the past 20 years, I am sure this was his attitude just prior to the news becoming public.
yes, vote Romney and he will surely flop and flip his way through the presidency.

What a way to bring in religion to politics

I've lost my pieces.
Re: Vote republicans because:
it's also the opinion of Paul Ryan. So all you girls out there, be worried if you get raped under a republican president, because God wanted it to happen and you should keep the baby.

Re: Vote republicans because:
my suggestion is this:
if this insanity ever got through with a republican president, whereby a woman would be forced to keep the baby because God wanted it to happen, then the sitting president would have to be raped for every rape case and then pay all the expenses of the God child for the rest of its life. I think that is fair. I guess we can bypass the raping of the president, but I personally favor that, but if the government forces the mother to keep a child, then they pay for it, not the mother.

I actually like that idea. We should tell Mitt That if he ever gets elected. (which I hope he doesn't.)

Re: Vote republicans because:
First of all, I don't believe that God wanted the woman to be raped.
Second of all, you won't argue against a law that says murder is wrong. Yet you argue against a law that says abortion is wrong, and abortion is the same thing as killing an innocent person. So, I don't really see what the problem is...

Re: Vote republicans because:
Technically you only become a person when you're born.
Not before. (That's why it's very difficult to have a graveyard for an unborn child, in most countries even impossible (life/death certificates and all that).)
Now that might seem cruel, and is a bit outdated.
Especially when it comes down to abortions.
So there is a very strict timelimit where we can safely say even medically say that it isn't a person yet.
What you hold is a more personal opinion, which is in many cases based on what you believe.
Which is irrelevant really.
As the majority of the people believe differently and that's democracy at work.

I actually dont support the idea of abortions, but I still believe a woman who has been raped should have the choice. In most cases, the abortion will happen VERY early in the pregnancy, so in that way, the foetus will not have developed very much.

Teehee
Whatever you vite, you'll have the same results with a different president.
If something were to change, do you think they'd give such power to the people?
Whether you vote republican, democratics or the 2nd star wars battalion, the same laws will be passed.
