Lol look at him! Does he look like the type of kid who would actually lift a weight? maybe for a hamburger, certainly, but not just for the heck of it!! (no offence Emo) lol.

I would probably have abs if I had stayed in athletics, but nah. =P I remember our coach used to make us do abs workouts all the time.. but I didn't stay in long enough to get 'em. Oh well! Like I said in another topic, I once told my mother that me getting fat was unavoidable..

i have a four pack, how i maintain em

do 60 situps a day and run on the tread mail for 30 minutes every day.

eat a steak every week and the rest of the time rare sandwhiches and veggies

you have to be dedicated
