Marijuana has a medicinal value?

I feel alcohol is very harmful. Im gonna be sober, as i said in the beer topic in guys section. Anyway....alcohol is more dangerious than marijuana, cause marijuana has SOME good things.

marijuana has some medicinal value as it is a drug.
You can argue about everything really, but many plants and drugs we still know today have been used as medicine throughout time.

Obviously there are some ill effects. and with most drugs (especially painkillers, sleeping pills) you can get very much addicted to them.

So whether you take legal or illegal substances, it's best not to do it anyway, unless your doctor tells you to in the dose prescribed.

On a sidenote:
Marijuana and alcohol are both downers, both groups say it isn't harmful, but unfortunately it is. I believe alcohol to be less harmful, when you have the selfcontrol of drinking it for the taste and no for getting drunk.

Marijuana users will most likely just use it to get high.
However like with all substances to achieve a certain high (or drunk), you need more over time as your body gets used to these things.
And this makes people switch to a hard drug and that's way worse.

did you know that people use alchohol as medicine? It may burn really really really bad as gramma pours it down your toddler throat, but it's medicine all the same.
