This guy fails at many points, some of which are:
1) He was already considered overweight to start with, even by ruling out the BMI new test, which btw is more accurate.
2) His whole study is based on the fact that people who eat outside at mcdonald's etc 4-5 times a week, walk an average of 15 miles per week and work out at least 3 times a week for about an hour.
Which is obviously not happening.
Also he said he lives in Illinois, which is 23rd compared to other states' obesity rates as of 2009.(about when this came out i believe)
3) Have you noticed the fact that he basically says that people in the very start of mankind ate a lot of meat and didnt get fat????
Thats because they hunted down their food for 5-6 days, without eating anything in the meantime. ._.
4) I heard him state that no other diet gives him enough strength to get him moving, other than eating from McDonald's etc.
Based on the forst film, that's much like smoking. Once you smoke a lot,you can't cut your smoking down,or you'll feel depressed, low on energy etc.
Oh well,i guess these are the main points.
