Rise Against Bullying

Bullying has become a national and even global problem. People are causing harm to themselves and even others to counteract it. Now, let me start with this, I have been bullied as well as well as many mods and many users here. We all know it is bad. I remember actually going to my counselor just to cry. It was that bad. I didn't even tell a story. I just cried. It is a GLOBAL problem and I am here to say, it is time for people to take a stand.
Many people are very much hurting inside. There are some things that you can do to make yourself or others feel better.
1) TALK ABOUT IT! Talking is the most effective way to rise up against bullying because some of us don't have the chance to talk to anyone else so it is important that you look for someone to talk to. (For me it was my coach/counselor)
2) NEVER GIVE UP! Everything will always get better! Look on the bright side of everything and know that you will wake up and you know that the day will be better because it will if you think it will be.
3) FIND THOSE THAT BELIEVE IN YOU! I remember choosing the wrong friends and trying to be in the wrong group. When I believed these people were my friends, they were stabbing me in the back and telling me lies, telling me bad things, and telling me that I don't belong and that I am hated. Those people don't deserve your company and do not deserve to be in the same room with you because if they wanna do that to you, they are extremely terrible people and what my school would call scum. Find people that will always be by your side. You might have less "friends", but at least they will always be by your side.
As of right now I am trying to start a campaign called Rise Against Bullying. I want everyone to be aware that bullying is extremely bad and I am trying to pass things on to many powerful people in our schools and even our government so they can stop it for good. However, it doesn't stop at the government...It is up to us as kids and young adults to stand up for ourselves and stand up for others. This year lets make a pledge that we all stand up against it and especially Rise up against it because "Everything WILL Be Better In The Long Run".
