My brother got to come home Thursday evening and now my grandma is in the ER... She had a panic attack Wednesday (probably from worrying about my brother and my family) and went to the doctor to get medication. They gave her a depression pill and an anti-anxiety pill that are to be taken together so they help each other... well she took the depression pill on an empty stomach and as you can imagine it has just messed her up big time... My dad convinced her to go to the ER tonight so my aunt (who's husband died last month) took her and not only is she dehydrated, her sodium level is so low that she should be admitted to the hospital, but she refuses to allow that because it's "too expensive". . . She hasn't eaten anything since yesterday and she can't keep anything down, and she's shaking like a leaf. This is the same grandma who fell and broke her hip last year (and on the way down the door cut a gash into her arm) and had to crawl across her house to get to a phone. Sorry if these is all over the place. . .
Long story short...

She's not eating very much... I think she's kinda stopped caring. I mean, my grandpa has been gone for like 18 years and she's getting to the age where she doesn't care if she lives or dies... but with how things have been going for my family lately... we're just not ready for another funeral right now, so she needs to take care of herself...

Just got home from an over night camping trip with my extended family on my moms side.
My brother and his family actually got to come this year, and he hasn't been to a family reunion since before he got married nearly 9 years ago so this was a huge deal to me.
It was also a huge deal, because I'm extremely grateful he's still around after the scare we had with him not too long ago.
I've been gone from work for nearly 2 weeks now, and I finally get to go back on Tuesday, so we'll see how much that stresses me out haha.
I'm just so glad to have my brother around still...I'm so glad he's ok.

I don't know what to say you guys...
My life is changing in every way possible lately and it's weird.
I had a date with Kendall on Friday (not going to see him anymore because I'm just not interested enough and it's mean to drag people along), another date last night with Randy (I matched with him on tinder and he ended up being in the singles ward I started going to on Sunday) and I have another date on Friday with Mike (matched with him on tinder as well and he works for the window cleaning company who washes the windows where I work).
And then one of my co-workers, her brother let her give me his number... but I don't know about him, because when he heard I was a gamer, his first question was "is she fat" . . . like what the heck man, why would THAT be the first thing you ask?
Also, I'm looking to get a new job because the one I have is screwing me over.. I've been there for almost 2 years and I'm making less than everyone else (excluding the new girls) and I've been there longer than almost everyone... I don't get the hours I want and my schedule is all over the place. Like, I worked the opening shift today and tomorrow I work closing, then Saturday I work from like 11am-7pm or something...
Anyway...I don't know how to take all of this change...I'm not used to it...

Things are starting to look good for me and I may even be going to a Panic at the Disco concert this month with Randy which would be super awesome. I'm going on a date with Mike on Friday (Pokemon Go date, best date, 10/10, would recommend) and even though I haven't technically met him yet, we've been texting a lot and he's pretty awesome. Then one of my co-workers gave me her brother's number after he finally allowed it. He did ask if I was fat though.. "she's a gamer? is she the typical fat gamer that does nothing but sit around and eat all day?" so the first thing I ever said to him when I text him was "Hi, this is Kate, the not fat gamer that you're sister works with. I like going outside too, outside is nice." his response was "she told you about that huh...dang, makes me seem kinda shallow." and blah blah blah we're still talking so who knows haha.

have you told any of them that youre seeing other guys? would kinda seem appropriate if you let them know, because it looks like you're just using them for dates.
