don't worry. ima not scared. but i've seen that dog picture many times, 'n' i have to say, THAT IS DOG ABUSE!

Yes it is a species of dog, but that doesn't mean they should let that dog get that bad. Chinese Crested's can look much better than that if you take care of them well.
