Semi-Old Cartoons.

Mr. Roger's Neighborhood wasn't a cartoon. It was kind of like Blue's Clues. An actor interacting with fake furry animals and characters. Except instead of animation, Mr. Roger's Neighborhood used puppets or models.

Well Excuse me for calling it a cartoon -.- Lol. Blues clues is a cartoon..Kinda. Maybe not :/ idk. xD
But anyways, everyone was like "You've had to have seen Mr. Rogers." And Im like "..no?" I was so confused.

Gargoyles and Darkwing Duck seem vaguely familiar, but I do remember Thunder Cats and He-Man.

Wacky Races was great. In fact, Boomerang was great. They used to show Johnny Quest, the Herculoids, Speed Racer, and Perils of Penelope Pitstop (or something similar).
