Some things are beyond your control and are based on the region you live in. Questions are also scaled to each region: "not often" in the U.S may not be the same in China for some things.

On a serious note, that doesn't seem particularly safe for news helicopters and other city-central aircraft like Emergency Airlift vehicles. On the bright side, it'd be difficult for a hijacked plane of terrorists to find.
