It's your Itunes, Silly Itunes, Lamb uses CopyTrans for it is faster and easier to maneuver. You can try manually deleting everything off the ipod and trying it again.

For CopyTrans, you might want to use CopyTrans TuneSwift,iCloner,iLibs, and CopyTrans Doctor, they all come with CopyTrans Control Center, thou I think for some of them YOU have to pay.

it took me 15 minutes, because when I got to 50 meters there was a hurdle and I was like
oh god
so i ran through it but i got stuck so it took me ten minutes to get out
then 10 more minutes to get to 100 meters
so it took me 35 minutes in total
