Because anger is such a hard emotion to avoid. There's always going to be someone to piss people off.

Also, anger and frustration also helps people get results sometimes...like if they're mad enough it might be the final push they need to get something done that they had to do...that's just my perspective and why I see anger as beneficial XP

Sometimes its hard to control your anger when something really upsets you. Its the people who let even the tiniest things push them over the edge that annoy me. I mean, c'mon, seriously? So they called you stupid, get over it! Everyone gets made fun of at some point in their life. Mooooove on.
