I think down under was referring to antarctica.
Gyro already said that down under is Mexico and anything below it.
Not mean at all, geographically they ARE under the US, as long as the earth is in a round shape and all.

Swimming is mostly done if i'm right.
As for basketball, it's just 1 sport, so 1 medal max from there.
Again, track gives you most medals.
