Like,there would be a button that says quick reply under the last post,and if you click it,there would be a bar to type your post in,it would make the posting have a lot less loading,because some people have slow computers and take forever to load the reply box

Well, we already have that as in "quote". Also, when you are to post, you can look at older messages by clicking "expand view" below the "options" when posting a reply. Check it. It allows you to quote on multiple things at once.

You don't understand,I mean instead of the Post Reply,there's something that's says Quick Reply,so it wouldn't take so long to reply to a topic.

Because then you wouldn't be able to see the last post,and that may be important in some topics.
