also that could help mods to see if the guy who is chatting is a good guy or a bad guy...

You mean a ban list.
That wouldn't work, because as you well know, we cannot share that kind of information to public users/guests. That is confidential information.
Secondly, we have our own means of knowing just who's good and bad, so don't worry about that.

we dont really need a ban board because the mods have there own one just for them because the whole chat doesnt need to know who as been banned and why etc because how are the chatters going to help they cant so sorry its just not going to happen and if the chat could see who been banned etc then the chatters are just going to keep getting them into trouble etc

We have had this suggestion before.
However, this isn't the middle ages, we do not humiliate people in the middle of the town square.

We know who the bad apples are. We just don't need it in public.
