Let's say Mod A came on 4-5pm. They have to ban twice as much because there are twice as many people on, or maybe it is a time full of dating and spammers.

Mod B goes on 7-8pm. There are only the regulars on at that time and they rarely have to ban.

Word goes round that Mod A is the one banning most of the daters/spammers. It wouldn't be so nice for them if all of the people who were banned started picking on them now.

As for the ban song/picture, if you're getting banned you've done something wrong, you shouldn't get "rewarded" by a funny song or picture, in my opinion. People will want to get banned just to see it, that will create so much troubleok ok how about we reward them with a sreamer that screams your banned.

badddd idea,y should u get rewarded for being banned?its supposed to be a punishment,not a treat.peoplez would WANT to get banned if tht happened,so it would create a lot more havoc,and lead to a lot more bans.plus,if it shows who banned them,once the person who got banned is unbanned,they will just start yellin at the mod,leadin to another ban.

indeed, it would give me too much work as most of the people would be juvenile as you are and complain about something you did wrong.

Like with most schoolkids these days really.
And then the parents defend their kids at all cost.
Where as in the old days if you did something wrong at school, got punished and told your parents about it, you'ld get extra punishment from them too.

I agree, the parents should beat the beep out of the kid if he does something wrong. It's the only way they will learn. Kids nowadays are overly protected. God knows what effect it will have on society in the future. Also, the internet has turned kiddies into little sheltered monsters.
