Lechance steps forward, calm and peaceful but with confidence to deliver his message.

"The Ashen Brotherhood is not against you, however, as we have our own problems with the Vokal to deal with. But we are not with you, either. The distance between the Fleet and Tranquility is great, therefore I see no point in any sort of alliance."

A form of government cannot do its job until it is installed, the reason Kingdom has not helped anyone may also stem from the letters of denunciation, the fact that those who believe we are evil have actively resisted,take this...
