Just wanted to ask you all..


Why are there so many vampires in the role play chat? Don't get me wrong, I do not despise them, but I just wonder why they are so popular...

Vampires are creatures that have wonderful history, a variety of abilities and excellent lore.

However they have to be done correctly. Twilight ruined them barring certain exceptions in the lore. But the introduction of Twilight brought them out into a new limelight and made them more popular.

Plus they are relatively easy to build as characters. No need to decide any drastic physical appearances and you even get some minor "development" over whether or not they give in to "the thirst" or fight it, etc. It's terribly annoying. But alas...
