I will attempt to keep up to date on this topic updating the new members and their powers.
Please notify me if you no longer wish to be a rogue and want to join a clan.
No person who is a Rogue can be in a clan and there is no leader, higher power, or organised army within the Rogues.
This is simply a topic to keep track of the rprs who do not wish to be in a clan.
