Military laws-
Least to greatest ranking: Private<Major<Lieutenant<Sergeant<Colonel<General
1.General, VP, colonels, and President are the only people authorized to wage war.
2.President will choose the people who rank up.
3.The President is responsible for training new military recruits.
4.The colonels have power over the military unless the VP, President, or General declines it.
5. All new military recruits are required to go through training.
6. All military personnel must respect the decisions of higher ranks.


Laws-
1. President's say goes unless at least half of the Advisors or VP vote against it.
2. General, VP, colonels, and President are the only people authorized to wage war.
3. Citizens are allowed to petition.
4. Elections will be made monthly.
5. President will choose the colonels.
6. The President is responsible for training new military recruits.
7. The colonels have power over the military unless the VP, President, or General declines it.
8. If the President is inactive for a week or more, the VP takes over. If the VP is also inactive, the Advisors take control.
9. All new military recruits are required to go through training.

Not meaning to offend, but aren't bounty hunters unlawful people who kill for money? I mean, not very democratic people. I would imagine this would work better in a gang type way.
But thats just me.

Some Bounty Hunters aren't actually unlawful. they got the name for being people who were skillfully trained, and hunt down people who were unlawful, people who broke the law. Sometimes, BH do unite.
