Lukia is taken off the SC membership by me, because he has acted like a coward, not excepting a battle when he is offered one, but acts like he can beat anyone. Total disrespect towards people, and for failing to beat Aros. Because of him, the BH has gained independence after a deal i made with Aros. If lukia lost to Aros, then the BH would gained independence. He forfeited by leaving the match.

So, as Chairman of the Galactic Federation, i hereby take Lukia off the SC. He does not deserve it. He has to mature before he can regain.

I didn't feel like fighting.I thought I could beat Aros,but apparently lost for going for 5 mins.I only respect people who respect me.

Aros, keep in mind that I will be here the next war, and I'm not as lenient as Shadow. However, I acknowledge what my former apprentice has done. He's been marked a traitor and removed from the Council of time. The Council of Time acknowledged the Bounty Hunter's independence and will not retaliate for our allies as long as you do not try to declare war upon the GF. A new management will take way in the military. It will be divided into Elities, Soldiers, and Under-Soldiers. The Eleites, when i get to talk to them, will begin training sessions with the Soldiers and Under-Soldiers.

The only Active Elites are Beana and Shadow. If you guys have time, it would be great if you could begin to start training sessions. We need our military in top shape.
