I didn't send a spy to kill you... And the war is over after i declared the BH to have independence. Too lazy to make up mass military force.

Lukia is taken off the SC membership by me, because he has acted like a coward, not excepting a battle when he is offered one, but acts like he can beat anyone. Total disrespect towards people, and for failing to beat Aros. Because of him, the BH has gained independence after a deal i made with Aros. If lukia lost to Aros, then the BH would gained independence. He forfeited by leaving the match.
So, as Chairman of the Galactic Federation, i hereby take Lukia off the SC. He does not deserve it. He has to mature before he can regain.
