It could be more welcoming--Some can't find the button, and many more may find it, but think it needs E-mail and thus not join. But I understand the rules thing. Also, why not hire more mods? I think this could be interesting badges are good but me thinks that that is too kongregate like shadow00 said maybe if we're plaaying some game e.g Bed and breakfast it would achieve some things or something
